Most people that I talk about health and fitness, have this in mind, "to get into shape." But I think they do not notice it, that their words reduce their chances of actually having success in weight loss. You hear people say many unsuccessful: "I want to get in shape and burn fat," or ". I want to get in shape and burn fat," What you hear is not to say is: "I have decided to to get in shape, burn fat and I personally will do everything necessary to ensure that it stays that way. "



Maybe you wish you unconsciously to stay in shape, but your thoughts are fixated on only come in the form. It makes you susceptible to "quick fixes" such as radical, one-sided diets, "magic pills" or the latest training equipment, "which can be bought on the market.
