medical products in the UK and the EU. Back in 2004 an EU directive

had been adopted, the "unfair" barriers to cures based on herbs is, by requiring an "approval" before they can be sold.



This policy is called "EU Directive on the use of traditional herbal medicinal products (Directive 2004/24/EC)".
